Founded in 1972 as an electrical engineering and contracting business, Ansir has grown into a specialist provider of airport baggage handling systems and materials handling technology. Chief Executive Officer

Having spent the last decade in executive and senior leadership roles, Kurt has developed expertise in optimizing complex global businesses and delivering high-performance outcomes across multiple industries. With this proven leadership ability and over 23 years of experience in the supply chain, FMCG, and manufacturing sectors, Ansir has appointed Kurt as CEO to drive the company’s innovative solutions in baggage handling automation.

Before joining Ansir Systems, Kurt held the position of Vice President, where he was responsible for global robotics, AMR, and voice solutions for the company’s Support, Delivery, and Operations business unit. His ability to manage large teams and complex operations made him instrumental in improving operational efficiency and customer outcomes. Kurt also spent nearly seven years at Vanderlande Industries, where his last role involved managing large, multidisciplinary teams and overseeing customer outcomes on complex, large-scale projects as Business Service Manager for the APAC region.

Kurt is now focused on elevating Ansir Systems’ role in revolutionizing the aviation industry’s baggage handling systems. His leadership is grounded in building strong client relationships and driving continuous innovation to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Glen is a fully qualified toolmaker with extensive expertise in fine tolerance manufacturing, enabling Ansir Systems to meet highly critical design and manufacturing standards.

Over the years, he has collaborated closely with his business partner, Robert Hosie, to deliver premium quality manufactured products to a diverse clientele in Australia and internationally.

Glen’s in-depth understanding of tool-making processes, combined with his insights into cost-effective solutions, ensures that customers receive exceptional, well-engineered that meet their specific needs.

Robert brings over 45 years of experience in metal and parts manufacturing to Ansir Systems. As a fully qualified welder, he has played a key role in product development and supply for the company.

Having worked on a wide range of product installations across multiple countries and cultures, Sean brings adaptability and strong cross-cultural communication skills to every project.

Specialising in the installation of turn-key projects, Sean excels at collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver efficient and successful outcomes. Skilled in AutoCAD design, costing, accounting, project and site management, and bilingual in Spanish and English, Sean also provides training in operations, maintenance, and SCADA systems.

PMP-certified project manager with over 15 years of experience in design, engineering, project management, and site coordination across material handling, heavy industry, and HVAC sectors. Successfully leads complex multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects including airport baggage handling systems, industrial facilities, and infrastructure upgrades.

Expert in managing all project stages from concept through commissioning, with a strong focus on cost control, quality assurance, and effective stakeholder collaboration. Experienced in delivering multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

Ansir Systems appoints Kurt Seafield as Chief Executive Officer.

Ansir Systems expanded its operations and relocated its headquarters to Cranbourne West, strengthening its capacity to manage growing global projects and engineering services. The move supports continued business growth while maintaining the company’s established conveyor fabrication and manufacturing operations at its Dandenong facility, ensuring consistent production capability and quality control across its baggage handling system components.

Ansir invests in in-house Automation division to start moving PLC and SCADA in-house, becoming a full turn-key solutions provider.
